Koranda Consulting
Warehouse & Operations Consulting

Find what's costing your operation money — then fix it.

I assess warehouse and depot operations, flag exactly where efficiency is leaking, and -- if you want -- lead the improvement project myself. You only pay for that second part if it saves you money.

Real operations experience, not just theory

Every recommendation I make has been tested against real P&L and KPI board first, not just read in a case study. I have proven experience driving real savings and optimization within top-tier companies on the market.

I've spent the last decade inside warehouses and last-mile operations: running shifts, then depots, then whole regions across e-commerce, retail, and 3PL environments. I've built the KPI boards, rewritten the SOPs, led successful projects, built teams, changed layouts, and stood on the shopfloor at 5 am or 11 pm when a layout change didn't work the way the spreadsheet said it would, just to make it right.

That's the perspective I bring into a consulting engagement: I know which "quick wins" are real and which ones just move the problem to a different shift. My background in competitive sport also means I'm driven to never leave performance on the table, if there's a gap between current and possible, I want to find it.

01 — THE ASSESSMENT

A structured assessment of your operation

I walk the floor, review your team, safety, data, and processes against what I've seen work at scale, and hand you a clear, prioritized report, no vague "recommendations," just findings tied to specific corrective actions. Things that will actually save money in the future. My assessment is suitable for operations of any size. It’s not just about heavy automation or huge investments. Sometimes even a simple solution can unlock massive success.

02 — THE IMPROVEMENT

If you want me to lead the fix, too

Some findings are worth implementing properly, not just handing to an internal team already stretched thin. I can lead that project myself — and I only get paid if it actually saves you money.

15%
of the annual savings I prove out — charged only once, after real savings are verified.
NO PROVEN SAVINGS → NO FEE. NOT A DAY RATE, NOT A RETAINER.
1
We agree the baseline
Before starting, we fix the current-state numbers the improvement will be measured against.
2
I lead the implementation
Working with your team on the ground to put the corrective actions into practice.
3
We measure the result
Savings are verified against the agreed baseline over an agreed period.
4
You pay 15% of what's proven — or nothing
If the numbers don't move, the project has cost you nothing beyond the initial assessment.
Why structured this way

One paid step. One free-if-it-fails step.

The assessment carries a fee because it takes real time on-site and produces a concrete deliverable regardless of what happens next — that work has value whether or not you act on it.

The improvement work is priced differently on purpose. I want to be judged on results, not hours booked. If I lead a project and the savings don't materialise, you don't pay for my time — that risk sits with me, not you.
